Is there anything we will need to do besides sign up for the webcasting service?
  If you select an enhanced audio webcast with slides, you will need to provide GlobalMeet Webcast with your slides.  More information on how to do this will be sent to you after the sign-up process is complete. Besides sending your slides, there is nothing else you need to do.  
How can we make the presentation available directly from our corporate website?
  A GlobalMeet Webcast representative will e-mail you a link that you can post on your website.  This link will allow your audience to watch only your company's presentation.
Is there any way to know who viewed the live webcast?
  Yes.  Guests will complete a registration form prior to viewing the webcast. These registration details are available upon request.
How can I upload my company’s logo and/or slides to the webcast?
  You will receive a link to your dedicated upload portal where you will be able to upload a jpeg version of your logo as well as the Powerpoint of your presentation.

The upload portal will also allow you to preview your slides before they are made available to the public.
